Yeah, it’s 5 years old.  But it’s well worth reading.  I was reminded of it this morning while sitting in the cafe near my daughter’s school, where folks come in all the time when the owner has stepped out – and they invariably leave the right amount of cash when they take a coffee or pastry or piece of fruit.  People are more honest than you  may have expected.
